Terrible customer service. Wish I had went to Home Depot
No one is ever available to help you. It seems the workers try to avoid contact with customers. Especially in the appliance bath and kitchen dept. must be afraid you will ask them something.
This place has probably the most incompetent management I've ever seen. Was notified on Wednesday my order was ready to go. Here it is Saturday and I'm still waiting. I was told they were with another customer and it will be a while. I'm assuming since I'm a customer that's already paid for my order I'm no longer important.
Took forever for some one to ask us if we needed help after a hour long looking
This is for a man named Michael (in the on-line order dept) who found me the inflatable Beach Snowman and shipped it express to me. THANK YOU so much!! I appreciated all of your efforts in locating him!!!
I needed a light bulb and you guys had one. You guys rock.
Consistently the WORST service of any place in town. We have a business account with Lowe's which we will be cancelling. Ten's of thousands of dollars spent a year in this establishment. If they keep this up, they will be out of business sooner than later!
