Waited 45 mins today on help in the bath tub section with another family both us planning on purchasing tubs 700-1000 each. We made friends with this new family then headed to Home Depot where we were in, selected and loaded in 25 minutes.
I could not give a 5 star due to Samsung's delay in delivery. Otherwise, Lowes associates Carry and Definia in the appliances department have been extremely helpful. There is a delay in the delivery of the refrigerator we ordered and the help these associates have recommended have been greatly appreciated.
