NEVER SHOP HERE MY MOTHER SPENT $4,500 ON BUSTED AWFUL GRANITE COUNTERTOP BACK AT CHRISTMAS AND IT IS ALMOST MAY AN THE JOB IT STILL NOT REPAIRED, NO COMPENSATION, AND MINIMAL RESPONSES FROM LOWES. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL FOLLOW UP WITH CORPERATE. THE INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE.
Lowe’s , I want you to make everybody that comes into your store to wear a mask or keep them out! My son has put up with this sence this started last year! Employees should not have to wear a mask and you are letting customers come in with out one this is not right and don’t single my son out for not having a mask on and then have to go and tell your other employees to put a mask on because they were not wearing one!!! Thank you
Manager is rude and very unhelpful! They NEVER answer the phones! Very unprofessional, I will NEVER shop there again. I bought a 2000.00 husqvarna riding mower in July it has 6.8 hours on it and it’s smoking and leaking oil! Do yourself a favor and shop at HOME DEPOT
terrible at checking out without long lines because they only had two checkers. I left my cart and went to gone depot.

Tupelo Lowe’s has gone downhill so much! No one wants to help, if they help, they have attitude. Also, if you are this busy everyday, then why don’t you schedule more employees!!! Really?? GET A CLUE.
Total 100% Garbage! 20 minutes after trying all departments and I get someone on the phone finally to check a product that their never correct app says in stock and I have to have an item number so they can see if 10ft red corrugated metal was in stock. Hire some people with some knowledge and answer the darn phone. you lost my business!
you absolutely can't get assistance here. associate will point and keep walking when you are asking where something is! terrible place to shop!!!
