No customer service what so ever bought a John Deere riding mower had nothing but problems with it from day one they act like we sold it we are done with it it’s your problem now still waiting to talk to store manager which is not going to happen they have lost a customer for sure
RecommendedAfter getting the run around from the appliance "Specialist" about confirming they had a product I needed because it is an hour and a half one way. I called back and The ASM actually verified that they had the product in stock. I drove there to get the product at 6 am the next morning when they opened and the "Specialists" dont start until an hour after they open but there was a stocker and someone at the returns desk there who was very helpful that morning. I got a French Door refrigerator back in November, 2018. The guys that brought were very professional. Last week I bought a riding mower from them. The young man that brought it out was Very professional. He delivered it on a tractor trailer. He knew what he was doing and was very nice. Showed us how everything worked on it. May God keep safe on the road!
Went back in November to get floor measurement. Never heard from anyone after the measurement. Went back in December and the ONLY person that could help was gone to lunch. Once they came back they could only give me the installation cost estimate. We picked out tile and left to come back after the holidays. Customer service needs improvement!
My favorite part about using Lowe’s for our kitchen remodel is having to go back and fix everything they halfway did. We also never received our soft close hinges they “ordered” a dozen times. A three month project took almost 7 months. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. And I deal with insurance 😳
Tupelo Lowe's is always helpful!
First they tried to give us a manual for the Bronco model instead of the Pony model. They said they were the same but, when I looked it up on here the manual was different for each one. Then they finally went inside and had to print a manual. Whenever we got home and started to unload the mower we noticed a screw was in the back left tire. We had to fix that hole in the tire and fill it up with air. Then whenever we got it on the ground it would not do anything.
