Amazing customer service delivered by shop staff and their store manager. Shannon and Muskaan. The advisor helped me pick out a couple of pieces of jewellery and also had given me all information reauired when i asked about my sister wanting her ear pierced. The manager was also involved, and she too was very friendly and paid attention to all shopping needs. Lovely Staff. Will visit again for sure
I when into lovisa to shop for a gift for a friend and was greeted by a lovely lady called Shannon who offered to help me pick out the best gift for this occasion as I couldn’t decide on what to get but managed to come out with a full get earrings Necklace and bracelet I felt so welcomed as soon as I came into the shop I would definitely shop in here again that’s why I giving this star rating
I went today to get a piercing done. The lady I spoke to was so rude! Absolutely no customer care at all.I told her I have come to have my ear midi pierced,asked how much etc... her body language, attitude and she had a lot of' i can't be bothered about her'. It was so bad, that I told her that I didn't want her to pierce my ear because I didn't like her lack of customer care and asked her colleague to do it. *Pros:* piercings are quick and almost painless; you are given a bottle of saline solution and a leaflet about aftercare; and 36 quid is cheap for two lobes. *Cons:* The starter studs are TINY and very quickly embedded themselves in my ears - I had to pay £45 at an independent salon to get them replaced; getting a severe infection the day after being served at Lovisa did not help the situation.
