By far the most hostile environment at a dealership that I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Between Bradford who is a pushy salesman with no manners, and Debbie, the downer finance manager I've had more than enough. Terrible attitude, aggressive, hostile, wouldn't go back there if they gave me a car for free. Check out the Feldman Chevy dealership 2 miles down the road, there's a nice guy there, his name is Jim O'Connor, class act compared to this dynamic duo.
My first time going for service and was well taken care of. Customer Service was top notch. The waiting area was clean, comftorable, and was very hospitable! Having a comftorable setting made the wait time go faster. Was pleased with the overall experience.
