I had an anti freeze leak on my 2011 Traverse. I had the water pump replaced under warranty during the summer of 2016. Anyway I noticed another anti freeze leak around a month and a half later. I took my Traverse back in, and it was discovered the overflow reservoir was over filled and over flowed. There was no charge for the service. Thanks again.

This is the 2nd time I have had my 2013 Sonic there for service and I was in and out in an hour. Always friendly service. I will be purchasing my next car from them instead of where I bought my Sonic. They are closer to my work than my home, but I don't care. They will get my business.
Even though I just showed up, on Friday with out an appointment, at lunch time, the awesome crew got me in and out for my oil change in less than an hour. And, the wonderful cool and clean lounge stocked my favorite coffee. Thanks Lou LaRiche!
Wouldn't cut a key for a car that doesn't run and has not been registered in years. Even with a Title for the vehicle in my name and my drivers license! The sign on the wall says won't cut a key without proof of ownership...I'm pretty sure a Title is the highest proof of ownership you can have! It's like a birth certificate.

Sorry Mr. Bretts, we are following the Michigan State Police guidelines for required identification to cut keys. Just like the Michigan Secretary of State requires three forms of identification to get a drivers license. We take our responsibility seriously....and we will exercise the security necessary to protect vehicle owners...thank you and I'm very sorry we could not help.
The only place I use. John Folino is awesome. And their service department is great. They drove me home when I dropped it off..and picked me up when it was done. Changed from Feldman.
