Very unhelpful dealership when there’s an issue. In late 2017 I leased a 2018 Equinox on the assurance it would easily pull my travel trailer (dry weight 2600 lbs). The Equinox is rated to pull, with the trailer tow package and 2.0L Turbo engine, 3500 lbs. I had previously leased a 2015 Equinox from LaRiche. My purpose of getting a new car was to pull the trailer easily. I’m retired and on a fixed income. LaRiche did not suggest any other choices for a more appropriate vehicle (like a truck). Extremely disappointed in the experience I had recently in ‘attempting’ to fix a problem I have. Definitely just made the problem worse. Wouldn’t recommend this place now that I’ve come to them with an issue and they will not help solve it.

I had called ahead to make sure the car I wanted was there and to get an appointment made. When I arrived (5:30p) they said I had no appointment and they didnt know where the car was. It was eventually pulled around and I drove it. I asked about a couple features that the car was suppose to have, he said he didn't know how it worked. Thought this place was great but I see they have no loyalty to their customers. My wife and I have purchased 1 vehicle and leased 2. Went in today with an appointment at 1pm. Checked in was told our sales person was busy but would be right with us. 45 min later still not a word from anyone! Not even an acknowledgement or apology for the wait! Will be taking our business elsewhere!
