We have used them for over 12 years with 4 cars. We turned in a lease car a few weeks ago and they put a 12" dent in it. They would not take any responsibility, lied to us, gave us the runaround, and would not return calls. We had to drive up there to speak with the General Manager since he would not answer our calls. He was rude to my wife and proved they have ZERO loyalty to their customers. We will never use or trust Lou LaRiche in Plymouth again.

I purchased/committed over the phone. But they Never sent me a buyers order with a final price. Then changed their advertised price plus added more BS/dealer profit. Doc’d me at over 4.5% when a GE special 2.89%. When I asked the F&I mgr about special rate he said he didn’t know anything about that program. I bought a demo at full price. I had another wonderful experience at this dealership. Even with limited stock due to COVID I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted in a very reasonable amount of time. My salesperson Joe was incredible! I went back and forth a few times about the color I wanted and he was very patient with me. I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle!
everything the sales department is wonderful the financing department is also quite wonderful and helpful and the service department is very polite as is everybody at Lou lariche Chevrolet they all act quite professional and the service has me in and out every time I go I have no regrets I'm buying three different vehicles from Lou lariche Chevrolet the salesperson I dealt with his quite hard to get a hold of LOL Steve lariche himself he is quite a nice guy and always a pleasure to speak to but it is sometimes hard to get a ... read more
