I think I can safely say that I have had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with Lou LaRiche. My father and I went to pick up my car which was being serviced under warranty. The passenger side door had a large, deep scratch that was not there when I dropped the car off. When we attempted to speak with the service staff about the scratch they insisted that they were not responsible and that the scratch must have been there before but that we hadn't noticed because the car had some road salt on it. Lou Lariche consistently delivers quality service in as quick a time as possible. The waiting area is comfortable and well appointed. When a longer repair is needed they drive me home. This visit today I decided to check out the new cars while waiting. No pressure from the sales people, just good information. I spoke with a fellow they call "Johnny Volt". Always treated well. A pleasure to go there. Keep it up Lou!
