I needed service on my F150 truck. Spoke with Arron one of the service people. Very nice, and he got me back on the road in a timely manner. I would recommend Lookout Ford if you need great service.

the staff is friendly. they know their jobs. I get suggestions about additional service but not pushed into getting something I can't afford at the moment.
The service department is outstanding. One of the few who call and/or me to remind it is time for an oil change, or maintenance.

***Please See Photos*** My door locks stopped working correctly so I took my Vehicle to Lookout Ford in Morehead. I was priced out at $1690.00 to remove/replace 3 failed door lock actuators. I decided a second opinion was in order and scheduled an appointment at another shop. During their vehicle check, they identified and replaced a fuse which resolved the problem. As a result of Lookout Ford's failure to identify a bad fuse, I almost paid $1690 and the problem wouldn't have been fixed. Photos also provided in the below lin... read more

Great place to buy a new or used car or truck everyone was outstanding. made sure to answer all questions, and took the time with me step by step to find the right TRUCK for me.
I have had warranty repairs with excellent services and full replacement/repair with no questions. I just purchased a new truck and the experience was very positive.
