Made an early appointment so I could get to do errands and appointments on time with no worries. But almost 4 hours later they are not completed !! Come to find out they put a walk in, in front of my vehicle appointment because my body was not physically there! But yet the gentleman who walked in with no appointment got his done and has already left!!! This is bull! There is no reason to make an appointment because they don’t go by it. Very UPSET customer!

I am very skeptical about any and all car dealers. I would not jump right into bed with Lookout but haven't really had any major problems. There have been minor incidents but hell that happens all the time. I am surely not perfect and don't expect others to be either. The one thing I do miss is that they use to wash the vehicle for you after service. I just spent about 3 hours there and almost $500.00 and even ask that the window be cleaned as it had a film from the AC. NOT DONE. Still over all I have dealt with Lookout for ... read more

Had a great experience and got a great deal on our Edge back in June and the service was great on it's first trip back to the dealership. We were in and out in less than an hour and everything was done with smiling faces and a friendly greeting. Love Lookout Ford.

Lookuut Ford has done a great job maintaining my F-350 diesel dually. The service reps are friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics do the work correctly and quickly.

I continue to use the Lookout Ford service department for my 2004 Thunderbird which i show at Car Shows mainly. As you might expect I ask that they handle with care as they provide this service. For years i have requested their Service Tech/Advisor David for each service as he knows this vehicle and provides the care and handling that his customers expects, great job!
