I used to like this dealership. They had a good inventory and their service techs were pretty good. However, Tiffany and that Richard guy were acting very inappropriate. This place used to be so professional but not anymore I guess..

I needed to have the passenger side rear view mirror replaced. I made an appointment which suited my schedule. I arrived and was shown the room where I would wait until my vehicle was repaired. Everyone was courtious, pleasant, and the work was done in a timely manner. My car was brought right up to the area I was waiting, and I was ready to go (after I paid the bill). The repair had to be done, but in the scheme of things it was pretty good. Thanks Lookout Ford!

I had a great experience buying from Lookout Ford. I bought my truck from out of state over the internet and when I arrived the deal was done in under an hour just as we discussed over email. The truck was better than I expected and Nick and Sylvia couldn't have done a better job for me. Thanks!

while vacationing this week we needed a warning message and check engine light diagnosed so we'd know if we were ok to drive the 700 miles home. They were able to fit us in and after checking things out and resetting the status, they didn't even charge us because there was no real diagnosis to fix. I certainly expected to pay for the reset and their time, which would have been totally reasonable but they wouldn't charge us! friendly staff, comfortable, clean waiting area, and clearly customer focused. so nice to find such a ... read more

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and take extra steps to please customers. They accurately describe their wares and do not subject customers to the usual run-arounds practiced by auto dealers. Our last two auto purchases have been with Lookout Ford for the reasons I just mentioned.

I have purchased 3 Ford Escapes from LOOKOUT FORD over the past 10 years and have loved each one. I have always used their Service Dept. Friendly, helpful, professional, and most importantly honest. The service manager, Rob, understands how I use my car and always helps/recommends what is best for me. Kept me from buying some really bad tires which were recommended by another tire company.
