I've had good fast service every visit. Never ever had any follow up complaints about their work. They don't let the 'force of cheap' compromise their service...…. And neither do I!
What a disappointment. Service used to be top notch. It’s gone downhill quite dramatically. Imagine my surprise at seeing my check oil light come on today after having my car in for service twice in two weeks. Whether or not anyone checked, like they used to, no one talked to me about what my car might need or its condition. Very little attention to detail. Pretty sure this is something that’s supposed to be discussed with the customer at the time of pick up.
We had our 2013 Focus serviced for a recall on the transmission shudder upon acceleration. The build date on our car was 6 months prior to the recall for this problem. Our service technician Richard Lee went above and beyond to get our car fixed, finally we had to call Ford Customer Care and through some rather um warm negotiations, the part and labor were taken care of by Ford. Without our Service Tech, getting involved as deeply as he did I honestly believe we would have been stuck holding a bill for over $2000.00. Hat's o... read more
