There friendly and professional treatment of their customers.
I take my F-250 there for its service requirements and I like that I was able to talk directly to the mechanic. The mechanic was very professional and gave some great advice. Really appreciated the opportunity to speak with him.
They made buying a car easy and then the service that comes with. Give them a look see.
I would highly suggest that NO ONE should by a vehicle from LOOKOUT FORD in morehead. I was on the way there to sign the papers on a vehicle, took off work, had all the paperwork done, and the SOB sold the vehicle out from under me. This has been a 3 day process and I hope that no body should have to go through this. On top of that the guy acted like it’s just how it goes. DO NOT BUY FROM LOOKOUT FORD. They are as crooked as they come
