The service and sales experience since we bought my wife the 2018 Explorer has been nothing short of great. I have been back for our first service and had them fix a small issue and they were great. Always fast service and if it could t be handled shortly they offered the loaner. I will be a Ford costumer for as long as they continue to treat me this way.
My wife and myself did not feel pressured at all to purchase a new vehicle. They really worked with us to find a way to make everyone happy! Glenn was an awesome salesman!!

I bought a used car here. We got two free oil changes upon purchase which was nice. Time for the third one came up last week. I called last Friday afternoon and asked how much an oil change and tire rotation would be. The guy looked up my vehicle and he told me it would be 40 dollars. I made an appt. for today I left after said oil change which cost 72 dollars and some change. Something as simple as this makes customers feel that your staff have been dishonest and should have been more careful at making estimates on services... read more
