When you hear the commercials talking about "your friendly neighborhood Ford dealer" Lookout forward is that and then some. After many days of coming in and talking with the sells staff and countless phone calls the staff at Lookout were very kind and patient with us and helped us find the truly PERFECT Ford SUV for us. You can't ask for and better dealership to buy from anywhere. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!!!!

My wife and I were visiting Atlantic Beach NC, we were getting ready to leave and our battery died. We called AAA to get a jump, the agent was able to jump it but told us we had to get a new battery before we headed back to Florida. I called Lookout Ford and spoke to Gina. I told her my situation and she told me to get the car over and she would see what she could do. She was able to get us in to replace the battery and get us on our way. Gina took great care of us!!
