My mom's car was in for service and the staff there was very short with her and did not explain much about what happened. When my mom asked questions they cut her off and basically pushed her out of the door.

Horrible experience with their service department. It sickened me to see my husband treated the way he was by the service department. We will never go there again.

Great customer service! They are always looking out for me and my car (2013 Fusion)! Super Friendly! They know me by name when I come in! Love them! My hubby brings his 2013 Ram in also! Always taking good care of us!!

Lookout Ford service dept is horrible. I took my car in for a factory recall on the gas tank but when I got my car back my car lock on my front passenger side wouldn't work. They said it was coincidental. Yeah right. The locks worked perfectly when I took my car there. They also admitted that they had seen where the automatic key lock wouldn't work at all on another car that had the recall done due to a computer glitch.
At Lookout Ford, I have had nothing but the best experience. I purchased my 2014 Mustang there and have had my car serviced there with great customer service. I can also say that with the upgrade of the location, it looks great.
Just purchased our second NEW vehicle. Shawn, Chip Lambert and Jonathan worked their butts off for great deals. Three Amigos. I'm very thankful for all their hard work. Our payments are 250.00 less. Thanks guys. Bless you.
Bought two from them now. Chip Lambert is good people and the service department has treated me well in my limited interaction with them.
Service Department employees are polite, efficient, and skillful. Always do a good job taking care of my vehicle.
