In the past, I've rarely used dealers for service. That changed recently when I moved full-time to the area and started using Lookout Ford. Their rates for simple services like an oil change are competitive with the standalone shops. The service department is beyond helpful every trip and helped ensure a small fix on my F150 was covered by Ford's warranty service. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
