While down visiting the beach for vacation, I needed some unexpected work done. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. They got everything done before they said they would.

I purchased a focus through someone else and had no problems what so ever with the staff from lookout ford. My car was leaving me stranded and after having them work on it it runs like new even though it's only a 2013 with 51000 miles. Tyvm
My wife and I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Lookout Ford and were given a $200 credit to use with them if we needed anything! A short while later the battery went bad! John Berger (he sold us the car) was nice enough to help me get the car back to Ford where we used our credit to get a new battery. Not only did I not pay for a new battery, I got a call from Lookout Ford today stating we have been credited the full $200 back because the battery shouldn't have gone bad that fast! My wife and I went in your dealership last November and ended up punching a Ford Escape from Wayne. He was very friendly and knew his cars inside and outside. Took all the time we needed and he went over all the details of our Ford Escape. I went back a few days ago to get the free first oil change, tire rotation and hand wash for the first visit to service dept. very nice complies with friendly staff all around.
