It was a horrible experience! I’ve never been there before because I’m not a steak person. It was my husbands birthday and so we went with the family. We were told a 30 minute wait and we actually waited close to an hour. We get seated drinks ordered with appetizers and we sit and wait for about 30 minutes for our appetizers to come out. Then the waiter takes our order for food and repeats the order back to us has it correct. We get our food and it’s wrong steak orders and it’s either cold or gross looking. The food and the service was awful. We made reservations for 7:30 and we’re just getting our food. And over half of our guest still haven’t received their food. The ones that got theirs was cold. And the Manager has an Attitude problem. Her response to our group was totally unacceptable!!!!

The only thing that I disliked about Logan’s is that we were told that there were a 20 min. wait but we ended up waiting an hour. We were also told that we had to wait for a booth that someone else occupied. The thing that gets me is that they ( Logan’s ) had plenty of room to accommodate us but refuse to do so by telling us that they were ( per the manager ) bagged up in the kitchen. On the other hand kudos to our waitress who was very professional. This occurrence took place on 12-18-18 around 6:30pm.

3 tables that were seated before us were waited on and had their drinks before I tracked someone down to get us waited on. the manager acted like it was an inconvenience for her to come talk to us!!!! won't go back to that one.
