Recommendedgreetings with smile as soon as you came. our waitress was in training and she was good the food if the highest to rate it was a 5 I would give it a 10.
The great food waiter's on so friendly
We arrived at 2:30 with a party of 10 we were told the wait time would be 45 minute we was ok with that we waited 2 hours and would have been longer if we talked to the manager 2 or 3 times which we were lied to over and over. After being seated we had 2 extra persons to show up and they refused to try to sit them with our party. My Baked sweet potato was not done....I sent it back and was served another one. Moments later another guest at my table got her order.....baked sweet potato...not done!! Hard for us to believe NOT same potato!!! Three orders were Steaks....all were all tough....one order was shrimp, and it was cold! Mixup with tickets at the end.....but waitress was very kind and patient and we all tipped her well...but needless to say this Group won’t go back!
Ordered my food and it was undone they came and got the food but when it came back it was dry. I paid for my drinks because they were actually good. And I still tiped my waiter because she still was sweet and nice. the manager came out to see if we wanted our food remade but we didn't we just left.
Dont know if its new management or what, but Logan's has improved sooo much from what it was just a few months ago. Customer service was over the top, and the food was delicious! Keep up the good work guys! 👍
