service awful...food awful.... frozen salad... uncooked potatoes.. hard steak

My husband and I were waiting at the bar on our food and drinks. A big roach crawled across the counter a waitress saw it. The staff Manager including replied sorry about that. As if it was no big deal
Asked for Prime Rib medium rare with broccoli as my side along with vegetable skewer. Skewer were piping hot. Prime rib and broccoli wasn’t even lukewarm. After complaint waitress offers to put it back on the grill. WTH. Then it won’t be medium rare. Sisters-in-law asked for well done Sirloin and it was cooked medium rare. Once again the waitress offers to put it back on the grill. Come back with another Sirloin and still pink in the middle. By now everyone is done eating... They did comp her meal, but the overall experience... read more
