service is bad. do not have the food you want to eat on stock. sever bought out some lemons for my water that was brown. my wife order the country fried fish plate and they where out of fish. me I just didn't order anything because the menu is truly trash, have not change sents they open here in Memphis. I'm tired of just eating the same old food steak and burgers. oooo don't let me start on these pitiful size steaks they be lieing talking about 12oz and 14oz for 14.99 to 22.99 . Visited tonight 9/7 and let me start by saying our server was good and have no issues with that. My wife and I with our 2 year old son(who was on the verge of a hunger meltdown) waited over an hour for our food and it was not very good. One of my sides was missing from my plate. The mashed potatoes were nasty. My wife's sweet potato wasn't fully cooked. It was not a good experience. We cordially paid our bill but won't be returning. We used to enjoy eating there but won't be anymore.

went for lunch today, sat in the bar area in a booth, it was 1:15pm. 3 booths totaling 6 people. extremely poor service. took 8 minutes to get our tea and it took 30 minutes to get our food which was crazy, bacon stickers, order of chicken strips and fries, 30 minutes. food was OK but the service was awful. place wasn't busy at all, very disappointing
The customer service was terrific I really enjoyed it and our server Desiree I guess I spelled her name right she was perfect bartender/server/and she also prepared some of our desserts I appreciated that she was courteous and we didn’t have to wait for a long time even though it was crowded which was also a good thing I will be returning
Well for starters we had to wait on our food over an hour. Then our food was coming out missing things and we were told they would bring them out shortly. A single order of fries finally come out after everything else... which makes no sense! After speaking to a manager I was not happy. We ordered a to go order and we ended up leaving. the manager caught us in the parking lot with the to go order... this is a horrible restaurant and I wouldn’t recommend anyone supporting this cluster of a mess.
The salad that we had was really good the entrée was left to be desired my wife was chicken was really good it was cooked well she had the chicken in the pineapple and that was really good I bet my prime rib was left to be desired. It was dry it was that oyster tender it should’ve been falling off the machine had to use a knife and I could hardly cut through it.
