porterhouse R....couldnt chew it....burger burnt...Really...yall need a new cook on that grill and somebody else to buy y'all steaks from
poor customer service. Should be more friendly for persons trying to visit for the first time. 3 times I tried to co tact them, 1st time on hold 10-15 min, second time on hold for 10 min then hung up on, third time just poor communication.

It took entirely too long. My son n law did not want his food because it was forgotten. And the alcoholic drinks me and my daughter order took a long time also we had to stair it for it to taste descent.
One hr wait. Raw baked sweet potato, cold steak, shrimp, one overdone steak, one raw. Cold sandwich. Manager offered free pie - no thanks. She adjusted $10 off a 83$ meal. Server was nice. Tea was good 😳
They were really nice about having a room large enough for our celebration! Friendly staff and very patient and smelling a lot! The food came out on time and the food was wonderful! They were very thankful for our business.
Terrible experience will NEVER come back. So many things wrong it’s too much to list.
Food was amazing and service was prompt.
Apparently the waitress was working the bar and seating everyone that came in...she was all over the place and nowhere at the same time, I ordered the fried chicken salad and it didn’t have all the ingredients on it, I had to ask for them, which took forever for her to bring to the table, I ordered a salad!!! Is it just standard to be under staffed??? Horrible horrible horrible service again just like the location on Poplar, this was the last visits for me!
