Took daughter and granddaughter to lunch yesterday just ahead of the lunch crowd. We were promptly seated and waited on. Waitress was really sweet, took great care of the table. Food was great. Highly recommend the kickin' chicken salad 🥗 Great lunch!!

Our first time at a Logan’s Roadhouse was AMAZING! We had the best service we’ve ever had anywhere (I REALLY wish I would have got our waiters name!) and the food was SO good! Our waiter was so patient and kind and awesome at his job! I wish we had these in Iowa! If we’re ever in Memphis again we will be back for sure!

Great evening. We had a table for 12 but with 2 parties of 35 already there, we were told it would be two hours before they could accommodate us. Somehow, the staff found some tables, pushed them together and got us seated in short order. I regret I did not get the lady's name but she seemed to be in charge at 6:30 PM Thursday, 12/7. Well I have been reading some of these bad reviews & am glad that the wife & I had a much better experience. In any restaurant, your experience is only as good as your service. My wife ordered a medium steak & I always tell them to just thaw mine out. Both came as ordered & in a timely manor. Our drinks were refilled promptly & we received drinks to go without even asking. Left a $20 tip for the good service.
