We waited over 45 minutes for our food, my granddaughter ordered wings and they were stone cold, she was very upset and didn't want them anymore. Our steaks were really good. When we were leaving my granddaughter and daughter ask for refills to go(none were offered during the meal)they said they had to charge us for them...really after waiting so long for our meal!!!

Obviously a popular spot. We met with family traveling from Austin, Texas moving to Brooklyn, New York. We were there for awhile but enjoyed the extra time talking and visiting. The food was great. The waitress was great. Party of 9. We will be visiting again.
The food was great!!! The service was great!! The manager took extra special care of us because it was my son’s birthday and gave a huge Mississippi mud brownie on the house!!!

I was very disappointed. Chicken was half the size and the wine was stale. I used to love this place
We were very disappointed with the Logan’s in McCalla. Very poor service. My food came out and I waited for my daughters fries to come out for an additional ten minutes. By the time her meal arrived, mine was cold. Had to stop another waitress to get silverware. Drinks ran out and we weren’t offered a refill. Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Service was bad. Took forever to get our food. To many full tables and not enough servers. Will not be going back to this location.

Customer service was terrible and the food was not good. We had to send out food back twice.

Went tonight didn't know who our waitress was, didn't get all of our order till we were ready to leave (they didn't put it in). Steaks over cooked, never got refills, I could go on. We try to support local but we will not be back.
