I have tried to eat at this location several times and every time its something. First attempt we didn't see a server for 30 min and our food was cold and wrong. Second attempt food was good but service and waiting time for food was 45 minutes. The last time we attempted our kids got their food, but no food for the adults after an hour. I strongly recommend not going to this location till they restaff the entire restaurant.
They wasn’t busy. Took for ever to get seated. Another 20 minutes to get order in. Rolls came about 15 mins after order. Steaks came and it was like leather. Well done. We asked for medium well. Salads never came. Told the waitress this was unacceptable. She said a manager was coming but after 10 mins she came back saying we could leave the manager was to busy to talk to a dissatisfied customer. I will drive to Texas Roadhouse in Pelham next time.
Customers serves is very bad AMD the wait is crazy they said the wait time is 15 min I Jane to wait 45 to 50 min just for a table and the food 1 hr
the cook can't cook a steak and my waitress had to come back twice for my sides plus looking at me saying we are out of Budweiser card me then bought my beer to me !!
Toughest filet mignon I’ve ever had. Our server was great, but we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated when half the tables in the restaurant were empty. Quite a few of them were dirty, too. Sorry to leave a bad review, but I hope it helps change it into a better location.
Yuck. Slow service. Low quality food
Waited for 45 min. To get our food. Then our food was cold, steak was like beef Jerky, waitress kept saying food would be there shortly. Fries cold and mushy!:/ Went for Valentine’s dinner, w sorely disappointed 😞
Steaks were not cooked like we asked. The manager didn’t smile once while she came and asked us our problem. The waitress was great tho she understood our problems.

Wait time between the drink order and receiving drinks should never be more than 10 minutes. Wait time between the food order and receiving the food should NEVER be over an hour. This has been the case every time we’ve been here. It doesn’t matter if it’s Sunday afternoon, Friday night, or 2:00 on a Tuesday. The food is cold and the service is horribly slow.
