We have been waiting for our food for about 40 min now. Still sitting here. The waitress seems like she is out of it today. Never makes eye contact when talking to us. I think she may be on something! The rolls were tiny! We won’t be back
After waiting so long, they are waiting for you to drink more beer and we really came to dinner, they didn't even put a pan on my table and I waited a lot for them to give me a set of cutlery that was missing. there must be more commitment from the workers, it's not just tips
Very friendly staff atmosphere was pleasant place was packed had to wait one hour for seating staff kelp is well informed and tried offering alternative seating well worth the wait staff performed Birthday ritual

We came in on August 27, 2019 for my daughters birthday! It was around 7 pm!!there were three people at the front two ladies and one somewhat of a lady/in transition. They sat us pretty quickly! From there we waited on someone to take out order for drink for 15 minutes then a young lady walks by and ask if anyone had taken our order we were like no, not even our drink orders! My husband and I went in around 9:15 last night, upon entering the restaurant there were about 6 employees sitting in the waiting area. We walked up a greeter that was up front but never acknowledged us, then walks off, two other employees walked up to the greeter station and like the first greeter they never acknowledged us as well. Apparently it’s all Logan’s that suck but I tried this one anyway. Horribly slow service. Salad was bagged lettuce topped with cheese, nothing else. No tomato, no cucumber.. my ribeye was the toughest, nastiest piece of meat I’ve had at a restaurant. Waffle House has better steaks! Our waitress was nice but no server experience. Left dirty salad plates with us the entire meal. Never refilled drinks
