ordered med steak should have pink center came out bleeding sent it back come back well done in about 5 min. sitting in what looked like water from a warming pan

Me and my boyfriend stopped in about 9, Sunday night. We had been driving from Texas, which is about a 9 hour drive for us. The food, drinks, and service was OUTSTANDING!
Went there September 28th for my Mom's birthday. Party of five. My steak was. cooked to perfection. No one complained about the food but the service could have been a little better!

Saturday night I order 2 steak dinners at Logan's in Bessemer for pick/up @4:35.they said it would be ready 20-25 min. I get there @5:05 and it isn't ready, will be 10 min. Finally they brought my meal a 5:25 but it was only 1 steak dinner & the place wasn't even busy. So the lady said@ sorry and it would take 10 min for a 6 oz Med well done steak, well I walked out at 6pm with 1 cold dinner & 1 hot. To top it all off the steak was tuff and dry. Service was awful. I went for lunch ordered a salad didn't have crutons, which in opinion makes the salad. I was told after the fact, the salad lady didn't any crutons. Received my meal, a meal I get frequently the woodgrillled chicken. They brought it out cold, wasn't on a bed of rice. I was told they don't served it on rice any longer unless you make it your side. I got the same meal with no problem last week at the Hoover location. Will not return back to this location.

We have been sitting here for about 20 minutes and already order our drinks and food and we still haven't got any! Not even busy in here. Very very poor service! I won't be back!!!
Went by to get the 2 for $15 lunch. Found out they no longer have, so I decided I'd get the grilled meatloaf with creamed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. $9.99. well the waitress came back couple minutes later, do you want the lunch portion or dinner. I'm like how much is the dinner portion ,$14.99, no thanks stick with lunch, she explained it would be smaller portions. Ok I got it.
