Ordered the RoseMary chicken..described as 'over 1/2 lb of chicken breast..served over a bed of rice' Menu pictured it with rice/lemon/butter/asparagus/thyme... When brought to the table it was a tiny chick breast..definitely not over a 1/2 lb. .w/ a sprig of Thyme..no rice, no butter, no asparagus,The server informed us that it does not come with rice.. we requested the manager come over with a menu..he came over without a menu...but went to get one. They was short staffed and still had great service and the food was amazing we had more than 10 people with us and it was a great experience and the loaded sweet potato was yummy �

Husband and I ate here for dinner recently. Ordered our entire meal at the drink order (including apps). 15 minutes later we have our watered down drinks, 45 minutes later we have salads, over an hour we have cold over cooked steaks! The manager argued that we COULDN'T have waited that long for our food...same story with the other tables. I'm so excited to see Longhorn moving in next door! Horrible experience for the 3rd time. Kept going back for benefit of the doubt, silly me.

went Saturday for lunch all 3 tables they took us to were dirty they finally cleaned one then we sat and ordered salads and bread was quick and good but then they brought my wife's food and said I would have to reorder because the item I ordered would not be served till after 2 but menu said all day Friday though Sunday I then just sent back my wife's and asked what we owed because we came to eat together not separately so after a talk with the manager we left never planning to return.
did not receive all my food steaks was cooked wrong and they was cold when i got them . the new manager assured me that he was working on a continuing problem.

Today I visited Logan’s in Gadsden, Al and to my surprise I noticed some changes for customers ordering take out. The seating arrangement was moved. I asked the Hostess where do I wait and she told me to stand against the wall. As I questioned her answer, another employee directed me to a table. My order was to go and the wait was far too long for the amount of people in the restaurant. So I took out my book and read 15 pages. RecommendedLast two times I was here I had two awful experiences, so tonight when my boyfriend suggested we go to Logan’s I was super skeptical but I went anyway. But tonight made up for the two awful times I had. Our waitress Elexa (spell check) made sure we had everything we needed and our food was HOT AND FRESH and came out in a timely manor! Felt good to go out to eat and actually feel like you got your money worth. If they keep up the good service like we had tonight it’ll be good news!
food was cold when the first 2 orders were brought out. Had to ask about the orders for the people with me. when they came out, they were cooked wrong. Will be awhile
