My wife and I have eaten at Logan’ Roadhouse a couple of times in the last week and everything was great. We were sitted promptly and our orders as well. Our food was ready and on the table in a short time Our waiter was nice, friendly, checked us frequently to make sure everything was ok. We have never had a bad trip to Logan’s Roadhouse.
This place is a JOKE...... Needs to be shutdown ASAP!!!

My burger was cooked well and tasted great. Everything me and my girlfriend ate was great, no complaints. Service was good as well. Would definitely eat here again.

Let’s start from the beginning, wait time wasn’t bad. 15 minuites, typical for a Saturday. Ordered a steak well done, my friend ordered chicken. . Salads came 25 mins after placing order. . Bought my friends plate out, wrong chicken, sent it back. . Then my steak was not well done, , I hated to be picky but it was like bloody. . Ordered a loaded baked patatoe and came out with just butter. . Waiter. . I only seen her once and that was to order the food. . I will not be back. .
The chicken fingers was dry the waitress forgot my honey mustard. The loaded potatoes were dry as well and those new rolls SUCKS!! they taste like sour bread!! Won’t be back.. just waiting on the outback next door to open up!! A real steak house.

We dined there Tuesday evening at 6pm. The restaurant was less than half full. We got seated fairly quickly, ordered and received our drunks and that's when things went south. We ordered and received bread, finished our drinks and salad, got some more bread as the waitress was doing her best to keep us happy as we continued to wait for our food. Pathetic business. The only ones who could do a worse job is the government. My birthday dinner, 3 children (8, 6, and 2), stuck in a booth for 2 hours to get lame food. Paid my bill in full like a sucker just to get the heck out.
