Salads consisted of Lettuce, 2 small pieces of cucumbers. That is it. Waiter said they were out of ingredients and he made the salads and did the best he could do. Three out of four people ordered baked potatoes and got mashed potatoes. Did not have sweet tea. They forgot to sweeten it. Rolls were not done. It was a hot mess. The poor guy waiting on us was nice and kept apologizing. I told him their competitor was kicking their TAIL. (Long Horn) don’t know if I will be back! Very disappointed!

It took 15 minutes to get rolls. Steaks were way under cooked, twice. My fries were bloody from the nasty steak. My husband had to ask for one of his sides and our drinks were not refilled. I left nauseated from looking at the blood and didn't even get to eat steak. The waiter asked if I would like to take my "raw" steak home....no thank you. We will not be eating there ever again.
The waitress at bar was lost was very cold inside

My husband waited over 35 min. for his food. It was cold and terrible on top of that.

Waited an hour for our food, order was wrong, ribs were completely dry, asked twice for extra napkins, our bill was $45.53 we had two give cards for $25 a piece they divided our bill after we gave them the gift cards and they added even more tax to it so it made our bill $50.41 and they told us we owed 41 cents. We will NOT be back to this place. This place has gone to crap! The food is usually so good but we were so disappointed this time!!!🤬

ordered Nachos brought them to table with the chips burnt. Who burns chips to a crisp. Will not eat here again ever.

First off, I love the Logan's in FT.Payne But Intill yesterday I hadn't been to one in Gadsden. Heard to many bad things about over cooked steak. But recently was told about how good the fillet mighon was there. And since I live in Gadsden, decided to give a try. Took family with me 4-Adults 2-kids. Dec 26th 2018. between 3:30-4pm wasn't very many people there eating. The adults ordered Fillet Mighon 9oz with Salad. 2-of us added fried shrimp. The kids ordered popcorn shrimp.
