Have to say last nights visit was horrible, bad service, was there over 2 hours! Food normally good, not now. Was my favorite restaurant since they opened. What happened??!!!
The food was good, steak was cooked just the way we like it. We were seated promptly. But we got our salad after our entrees and the only way we could get a refill on our drinks was to actually get up and get them ourselves. Also they ran out of fries, didn't tell us until the food arrived. So I liked the steak but as far as the service not at all. From now on if we decided to eat there it will be to go. But more then likely not at all.

Terrible isn’t a bad enough word! Stopped in on our way back from my oldest son’s graduation from Auburn. Party of nine, including both sets of grandparents. Waited easily OVER an hour for our food and when it came, half our orders were wrong. When you have to wait that long for your food, you just eat what they bring you even if you don’t like it. I didn’t like it. No offer of a discount or anything! We will NEVER go back! Celebration ruined!
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner at 8pm tonight. Horrible service!! We ordered and waited over an hour just for our server to come back and tell us that they’re out of burgers (my order) and that they couldn’t even get a loaded fry order right for my boyfriend. And they were not busy at all. Our silverware, drinks, and rolls took at least 25 minutes and They were maybe 8 tables full in total at the restaurant. We weren’t the only ones dissatisfied. We won’t be back anytime soon.
The Gadsden Logans is the worst. horrible service, cold food, and needs a good update with new tables that don't rock back and forth. Corporate really needs to come in and clean house and get better management on staff. We will not be back.
This has to be the absolute worse restaurant I have EVER been to! Horrible service!! Food was ok. Took about 20 minutes to get our drinks after they were passed around from table to table. Drinks went empty no silverware, no bread. I will NEVER be back and I will tell others to not come here. We were not the only ones upset, multiple people had the same horrible service and there is only 9 tables with people.
Best rolls in town & super tender & moist steak!
We ate at Logan's last night and our waitress was wonderful! Chasity kept a good check on us, was super sweet, and even though she was busy, she took time to listen to my 6 year old! My steak was a little under done and she reassured me that it was fine to send it back. Overall the food was good, but having a good waitress was a bonus!
