Took one hour after giving our order to get it delivered to our table . Then after I asked them to please burn my burger if they had to ...just no pink .... I get this .... picture attached . No more Logan’s !
We waited over an hour tonight and got rolls only. Manager didn’t seem concerned. So another restaurant got our $50 tonight. This was our last trip for this location.
I never leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. After reading other reviews, it seems like this has happened to others also. We walked into the restaurant at 5:50 and it was not that busy. No one acknowledged us for a few minutes but finally asked how many were in our party. We were then seated and waited 10 minutes before a waitress came over. She apologized and told us they had double sat her. No big deal, we understood. We ordered our drinks then our food a few minutes later. She came back a few minutes later say... read more

I’ve been here for and hour and 20 minutes and still don’t have the salad I ordered. The restaurant is practically empty. Ridiculous.
clean your bathrooms. disgusting in there. have your servers listen to the customers and ask them the way they want their steak cooked. hours did not and we came out with a medium rare steak and my wife ordered well done. and we were without drinks 4/5 minutes. and the stank that actually came out was half fat and gristle.
Great food, friendly competent server. Had a lot of fun celebrating a special birthday and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Good times!

feel sorry for our waiter he was very nice and did a great job but the food was tearable sweet potatoes no good sausage burnt chicken cold steaks over cooked out of 9 people only 3 could eat their food. we also had to wait over a hour for our food my 1st glass of water had black specks in it we deffinatly will not be back Longhorn steak house is where I will go next time
