If I could give zero stars, I would. And that’s pretty sad considering we didn’t even sit down to eat. We immediately noticed 5-6 empty tables in the front. The entire host staff was rude and judgmental. We walked in and were glared at for a few minutes before we were spoken to. went to Logan's twice this week and had terrible service both times. food was over cooked and it took 20 minutes to even get a drink and we had to go to the hostess section to remind them that we were there and they were not busy. rolls came out last and the kids grilled cheese was burned so they just flipped the bread over and served anyway. what a birthday dinner
RecommendedBobby Brooks is friendly and always ready to help customers he makes sure that my kids and I have everything we need.. we always have our order takin as soon as we sit down. The food is at our table at reasonable time. my kids and I are always satisfied with our meals. (they have the best prime rib) our drinks are always filled I enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. over all i give them a 10.
We saw roaches in the restaurant today and we walked out.
Went last week with my daughter and as usual ordered the ribeye. As soon as I got the steak I knew it wasnt a ribeye. It was obviously a sirloin. I mentioned to the waitress the problem. She said they had started cutting steaks different and had a few complaints about it. I should just issue a complaint but it was a ribeye. No suggestions of making it right. I wont be back.

Took forever to get food.
After numerous bad visits in 2019, it seems the staff is going in the right direction. Kitchen was really slow, but it was a busy Friday night.
