Got there at 7:00 pm tonight and no one was there but one couple and we had to wait 15 minuets for a table ! The Waitresses were standing around not doing a whole lot of nothing they was not busy 50 something tables empty I’m sure are more and when she finally seated us I’m a big girl I’m sorry but you don’t put an (elephant in a sardine can )she try to put me in a booth that no one can sit in that is big hello if you cant see something is wrong something !! point of the story is after I told her I couldn’t fit in that booth... read more
When we arrived was told 20 min wait, got seated 1hr later beside a table that hadn't been cleaned, still had all the dishes and food on the table. Ordered calamari for an appetizer, the calamari came out and was greasy, rubbery and stunk, by the way we still haven't received our drinks we ordered 10 min before ordering our appetizer and the dirty table beside us is still not cleaned. I am not the type of person to complain but this was very disappointing. I got takeout, when I got back to my hotel I found out that I got a regular potato instead of a loaded sweet potato. So I called and they said they would fix it. I gave them the chance and came back. However; my sweet potato was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it. My bread for my sandwich was completely soggy just like my zucchini fries. Just very sad.

Not busy when we were there. Ordered and waited on our food for over an hour. Paid $20 for small filet mignon ordered medium. Menu said “our most tender steak”, if that’s true I’d hate to take the other bc this thing was like rubber! Waitress was good, but looked exasperated.

RecommendedThank you Logan's for feeding veterans today. The food was awesome, and our server Heather was great. Great food, great service, and free to veterans, unbeatable.
I got a Facebook alert to make a review since I recently ate here... okay... The service was slow, the waiter didn’t know the menu and said my meal included two sides.. well when I got my check I had to pay 2.99$ for each side and when confronted he said he didn’t know although he had told me otherwise. It took about 40 minutes to receive our food and we never received our appetizer which I ordered when they took our drink selection. Are paying him he has tow baby boys he needs 40 hours and y’all are not give him that. Steak was no good! All 4 people in our party was not satisfied with our meals at all!! Waitress was good and mushrooms on my plate was the only thing I was satisfied with! For the price you would think they would have better food!

This is one of the best Logan’s I’ve eaten at in a long time . The quality of service is exceptional ! The General Manager went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of in every way . And it wasn’t just us, she was the same way with the other guest and great with the staff as well ! We will definitely be back .
