Ordered a Tbone they were out! Settled for a Porterhouse. Ordered to be cooked medium. Totally burned black when arrived to our table. My husband has his food and finished eating before My recook arrived. I spent $73.00 and only one got to eat! Gadsden Logans is terrible food! Great server terrible cook and awful management

Ate here for my birthday had a reservation for 7 o'clock for 20 people got there 30 mins ahead of time still took over a hour to get to a table hostess didn't seem to care at all like they had better things to do like sharing drinks, finally got our tables took forever to get food half of our party got their food while the others had to wait the food we did get wasn't right burgers were burnt, steaks were undercooked, the other half that didn't get food canceled orders. The last two times I’ve been there it was horrible!! Last nite decided to give it one more try! Awful! Question waitress twice about prime rib( had it on the door available) she said she didn’t know anything about it and would ask manager, never did so we ordered something else! By the way we were in there 2 hours. When our order came w one of us got prime rib, didn’t get sweet potato that he ordered with his (steak). His wife got her sweet potato and it was hard as a rock! Waiting for a table wasn't an issue at all..fairly quick. We order sweet tea.. we got unsweet tea. The waitress was horrible and got mad because we said something. There was 2 different families came in about 20 minutes after us. (We ordered at 7:00pm) and the other people got their food at 7:30. 7:50 We are just now getting our food. My son's chicken tenders were cool?? Definitely will not be back

Ordered steak med rare, was brought out well. Apps came out after our dinner. Mixed drink came out after everything.

Ok ..... so we went to Logan’s Roadhouse because Jimmy wanted a steak. As we sat and waited patiently Jimmy saw a roach crawling down the wall. It was a baby roach which tells me momma isn’t far away. Logan’s health card is a 92, and the hostess assured me the bug man comes in every Thursday sorry Logan’s not sure I believe it.

It was absolutely fabulous. Food was amazing, and the wait time was minimal. The staff was prompt to help and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

This past Friday nite 2/9/18. Took my daughter for a Bday dinner with my other children. We waited ,35 minutes outside,which was ok. Then we are put in the bar section. It's was horrible our server was pretty much slow! Nice but SLOW! We were never offered a roll we had to keep asking over from drink refills.Then finally the or some of the good comes to the table by some little snooty chick that's pregnant.
