Poor customer service by the waitress that was assisting the new waitress. Never smiled and basically just let the new waitress to wing it by herself. We noticed a difference in the atmosphere and the actions by the employees. They seemed very unhappy. Is there a new General Manager?

More often than not, we have had excellent service but the cooks are less than adequate. Firstly, do not advertise something if none of your cooks are up to speed on it. It's been more than once I got told, "Oh they didn't have that topping so they improvised". My replacement steak (supposed to be medium rare) was brought out to me instantly, was overcooked, the meat was dry and the top and bottom were jet black despite being a "medium" steak. We didn't have to wait for a table, went during Alabama football, to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. I had a sweet potato that had been cooked beyond oblivion. Hubby had chicken fried steak, dry as shoe leather. The waitress was sweet and efficient, not so the cooking staff.very disappointed

Emily Stephens was our watitress,she was amazing we had a party of 23 ,she did an outstanding job! My ribs was perfect,great Manager she came to our table and talked to us
