Probably want be going back to this Logan's Our order was brought out wrong 3 times and was wrong all three times . One of the managers came by to tell us the meals would be discounted for being wrong and us being there for so long. When the check finally did come out there was no discount so instead of making a scene I just paid the ticket and left. Last night was NOT as good as we have usually experienced..... SLOW service and steak wasn't up to par.

Last month was the first time I had ever been to the Gadsden location. I ordered the ribeye cooked medium rare. What I received was a ribeye cooked well done. I didn't complain because they were crowded, and we had gone for someone's birthday dinner, so I just dealt with it. Waited for an hour to get a table. They then informed me that the tables we needed had just received their meals.(after waiting an hour, why did we not get sat somewhere else). There were 8 of us. Not only could we not be accommodated but we didn't even get acknowledged. So we left hungry and unhappy. Happy birthday, not hardly. My granddaughter was so upset she didn't get to eat here. She turned 8 by the way.

HORRIBLE. Always loved this place. Has gone so down hill so fast. Cold food. Unpleasant staff. Unpleasant management. Had to wait for everyone at our table to be served food. Brother paid extra to upgrade his steak, what he received looked like a piece of biscuit sized shoe leather. Shrimp was disgusting. Will never go back to this location. We waited over 45 to get a table when they weren't even crowded. 7 in our party. Took another 45 minutes to get our food. One in our party (a big boy) up sized his steak order but got the smallest steak I've ever seen....6 shrimp that were way overcooked on a literal tablespoon of rice. I was there yesterday for a double birthday party. We had a table full of people, I'm talking 5 tables, which they let us put together. We had a wonderful time, the service was great, the food was delicious, the wait staff was so nice and they made a special effort to help us celebrate the birthdays. They took a great picture of us all and they didn't mind in the least that we stayed well over our time to eat,because we were having such a good time and laughing and having a great time.
