Had a bad experience. Went for an early birthday and at first the waitress was not the most curteous, but later made things right. What didn't impress me was the manager. Our steaks had come out cold, his first reaction was that it was highly unlikely. I then invited him to not only come and see, but also to come and see their chowder that came out cold as well. He offered to microwave mine. Microwave a steak? I said that was fine, I just wanted to eat my steak. My husband had his remade, which is what should have been done ... read more

Almost always have good service and food. We go pretty regular since I refuse to eat at sante fe in ALBERTVILLE anymore due to poor service and food.

I went for my birthday with my mother, we both had steak. Mine was awesome. The broccoli was awesome and her food was good (she said). It came out in a timely manner and was hot, fresh.
It was the first time my mother has ever been. We drove from anniston and it was the worst food we have ever gotten. 1 st when my daughter got her salad there was a hair on the bowl, then they brought out our food and didn't even bring my handicap daughters food my moms hamburger steak was black, my daughter and my chicken was cold, then they finally brought my other daughter her food and it wasn't even what I ordered. We said we done.
