We ordered 2 bowls of potato soup when they bought it out it was the cup size and half full at that I bought it to the waitress attention she apologized and said that was the cup size. She replaced it with a bowl 20 minutes later never refilled my tea. The bill was $14.34 I placed a $20.00 bill on the table and had to wait on her to get done socializing at the bar to take care of the bill she brought back my change and shorted me .64 cents so I guess she could count that as her tip 😡

Tonight me and my family went to eat at Logan's in Gadsden and I can say it was not a pleasant experience. We were seated pretty quickly which was nice. We ordered our food and our drinks. Our drinks and rolls came. After several minutes my drink glass sat empty and our waitress was not seen again. She finally brought our food out after about 45 mins. We had dinner the last two nights. Everything was wonderful except didn't get our salads either time. We were full so didn't ask about them. I love eating at Logan's.

My family makes the drive to Logan's, from Georgia. Out of the last few times this was definitely the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The waiter who took claim to our table was in lack of nicer words a total ass. Our service from him was nonexistent. The waitress who was supposedly "training" was amazing. She went above and beyond to wait on my family. The food was crap, it was burnt, poorly cut, and nothing as ordered. Advised the wait was 25 mins... as we waited, we watched at least 6 waitresses standing around of which we have pics ...then multiple families were seated before us...when asked for the manager, she made up ridiculous lies and excuses when she should have simply apologized ... THEN had the nerve to say i hit her!! I would love to know how to hit someone without touching them!!! Then I left , she ran out the door after me making a complete fool of herself!
