Logan's Roadhouse is my favorite place to eat! In fact I go there so much that if my friends meet me there all they have to do is say my name & they know where I'm sitting! The manager's are awesome, there's Anthony who I call Murphy because that's what everyone that works at Logan's calls him, then there Greg! We want the rocking onion petals back! They are one of the reason we love it here.
The service is alright just a little slow. The food is some of the worst in the county. It's not as bad as cracker barrel, chili's, or applebees but it's close to Ruby Tuesday. The bathrooms are also terrible. I would not recommend it.
the one in Gadsden al their ribeyes steaks r so tuff ive been their 4 times in last 3 months an I have had to send my steaks back u cant even cut um had the same thing to happen tonight im done with them
We went to Logans tonight for my husband's birthday. After a 30 minute wait for a table (which is fine), we sat down and ordered our food. Three of us ordered salads with our meals. It took 45 minutes to get our food, and we never got the salads. After telling the waitress, she blamed the kitchen staff and brought our salads out after our other food?! She also immediately brought the check when she brought out the food, and proceeded to rush us to finish eating by taking plates out from under us before we were even finished ... read more
You would think a steakhouse would know how to cook a steak? I gave them two tries to cook a medium filet, did not eat either one. They gave me my salad and baked potato free, don't think I'll be back.
Went there for the first time in years today.. Was very disappointed.. My daughter did not even eat her meal which was just a simple chicken tender dinner, which as she stated tasted like fish.. And fries that just had no taste what so ever... In just getting a table it seemed like an act of Congress to get a booth.. They acted like one was not available but within eyesite was six ready... We visited logans last night Friday March the 4th and let me tell you it was awful my husband's steak was suppose to of been med well and it was over cooked with tons of fat and grissles now this was a 24 dollar steak which looked like a sirlion my ribs were sad they were tough now I said something to the manager he cooked my husband another steak we took it home and it was just like the first one. I made a comment about mangers wiping off counter top then wipe off plates I question the manager doing this he said it was sanitary Logans tried to contact me please contact me again I was busy I have more sickening stories about Logans in Gadsden from my coworkers I will never eat Logans if it was free for life good luck to Logans David Watson
