Went to Logan's to eat supper waitress came to take order my wife told her what she wanted to eat she asked me what I wanted I told her she said it was horrible don't order this. I told her that I have ate this before she still told me it was horrible don't get this. I got up and left went to Red Lobster had a good experience there.
Last time eating here. Always loved this restaurant.
Service was not grand but most of all management is very unprofessional. My husband ordered a 16 oz ribeye and recieved 12 oz of fat. The waitress gets management the 1st manager states that a ribeye tends to be fatty (which is true) but the fat/gristle vs actual meat content should not be fat 85% meat 15%. So the manager excuses herself to see what she could do seeing my husband lost his appetite after trying to salvage some meat (hes not a confrontational person). We used to really enjoy Logan's, but the steak has become inedible. The cooking of it isn't too bad, but the top sirloin can't be chewed. On a visit the week after Christmas, two of the six of us got steak and couldn't eat it. They were out of ribs, their advertised special, and out of prime rib. What an embarrassment and disappointment. We recommended going there--never again.
My boyfriend and i had lunch here on Saturday,11-14 and I had the " Best "...it was delicious!! The service was great also! Thank You,Logans!! We'll be back!
I used to LOVE this restaurant, had a nice take on burgers with a fried mozzarella patty cheese, awesome sauce, and homemade potato chips with delicious seasoning. Now they removed all of that from the menu. I got an "ok" burger and cold and overly oily fries. They were flavorless. Used to drive 50 miles to go here. No longer.... Bring back the good food and I'll be happy to return!
Just left Logans on Rainbow Drive. It will definitely be our last trip. They sat us at a dirty table that had not been cleaned. I asked for it to be wiped down. The waitress told me she didn't have a rag and would get someone to do it. In the meantime, she brought rolls and salad to our table and sat it down on top of the crumbs and mess of whoever was there before us. I asked again for the table to be cleaned. Great food & service Adam Kaylor was so help full he went out of his way to service us a table of 20 love his service
Was welcomed by Andi (very sweet girl)! Every request we had she took care of with a smile on her face and joked with us! Our appetizers came quickly, our salads were shortly after, then before we were ever half way done our food arrived! Yummy. Can't leave out how Awesome the apple pie moonshine drink is!. Great Service-Great Atmosphere-Yummy Food!
