My family & I ate at Logan's in Gadsden recently, we were highly dissatisfied with our experience. Our waitress was TERRIBLE. After not seeing her for a good 10 mins we realized she was at the table behind us "chatting" with the customers. She did not keep our drinks refilled and was very slow to do anything we asked of her. Our food took forever to be brought out. We went to eat there on Sunday and while we were seated quickly and got drinks and rolls fast, our order took about 45 minutes to come out (a kids grilled cheese, which was NOT grilled at all, the cheese was still cold, not even slightly melted. Chicken tenders which were not cooked all the way through, and they were very small tenders, and then the BBQ sampler where the ribs felt like they had been cooked for way too long). Extremely bad experience today, especially considering our meal cost a little over $100.00. The service, including the server to the management was ridiculous. It took an hour for our food to be served and was not correct when it arrived. The steaks were not cooked correctly and were not hott as were many of the other food items. My sister even located the tea and water pitchers and refilled our drinks for us. We just had lunch there. Service was absolutely terrible. I had to go ask the hostess if someone was going to take our drink order. Once we finally got a waitress she was very unfriendly. Our food was cold and all we had was soup and appetizers. Never once did we see a manager to apologize. This place needs to get it together!

As soon as I began to order my meal my waitress said this exactly: "You are a waitress' worst nightmare". I thought she was kidding so I told her I was sorry and began to laugh. I continued to ask for my steak to be cooked between a medium and medium-well becasue I typically get a medium rare cook if I ask for medium and a well done cook if I ask for medium-well.
