My baked sweet potato was not cooked fully. I had to ask for another one. My sister got a 10 oz ribeye that was supposed to be cooked medium and was well done. No pink except the very edges. Plus it was very thin for a ribeye. I am not one to complain and get free meal so we eat and left. Overall experience was just ok. Won't go back.

My husband and I recently stopped in for lunch at the Gadsden, AL location. We usually eat at Logan's in other towns when we are out and about because of the variety and most of the time, well, it's good service, good food and clean. We will never go back to the one in Gadsden. Our server was not bad. She was accommodating and nice. We had to ask for things a couple of times but not a big deal. New cook .... steaks were cooked to perfection. Food was all good....service was fantastic. Bathroom.....well, not so much. It needs a serious overhaul. Walls, doors, mirrors, floors, toilets, and sinks, all dirty.

Food was okay, bartender used foul language and was not professional. She and the other waitresses talked about their personal lives (about how drunk they got) and argued in front of me and other guests regarding the health department's arrival coming up and the inspections and what needed to be cleaned.

We were in town with my sister and brother in law he lives there and we wanted logans so we visited your restaurant and the waitress was really hateful to us all I ask for was nachos with. Chili and cheese she told me I could not have that then she went and ask and they said no... then I ordered so.ething else and she brought our salads and slammed them down on the table and told us she was not gonna wait on us anymore someone else would. Our worst experience at Logans ever. They were not busy at all. My 22.00 Rieye steak was aweful. It tasted as though it had way to much spice on and was very salty. Our waitress was ok but acted as though she really did not want to be there. Even though my tip did not reflect the "fair" service. We will be back because it is the only one close to home. Maybe it will be better next time.
