Service was slow and waitress wasn't knowledgeable of menu.

I had some issues when I went a week ago, but it was all resolved. The manager, Rhett, was amazing and did follow ups that really made me feel welcome back there. I will be returning. Excellent management and staff.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, because I hate receiving them at my business. 1 bad thing out of 100 good things, and the bad thing is what you'll hear. We visited Logans Sunday 6/25/17 at 2p. We didn't wait too long to be seated, considering there was 12 of us and a toddler. Our waitress was really sweet and courteous. When food starting coming out, it didn't all come out at the same time. Ok, not in common for a party of 13, but 10 minutes apart??? Good service, good food; server very attentive. Mixed up our order but was quickly rectified.
The only reason there is 1 star is Bc our waitress was very good. Bartender took 45 minutes to fill our drink order, then my vegetables were not cooked with my fillet and the manager said, "it would take too long to cook more because the kitchen is backed up"... haha what is this?!?! Bad leadership, bad management. We come here often and I'm not sure if I'll ever darken the doors again, and that is a real shame.

Such a disappointment!!!! We waited over an hour after being told our wait would only be 30 mins. I will add that the manager did come around with a huge plate of mozzarella sticks and offer one to everyone waiting including our party of nine and everyone else waiting. When it was time to order the waitress stood at one end of the table and the people at the far end had to basically yell their order.
