Do not use. They have not provided Building certificate nor provided the required input into the building inspection, despite it being in the agreed contract. This means work is not legal and risks invalidating my buildings insurance. Will not respond to emails or contact since taking payment of over £50k. This has been going on for over a year now but Ben Polley will not respond to any emails from me nor the buildings inspectors or contact through website. Avoid.
Fantastic professional loft installation completed 3 years ago. Customer aftercare could be better responding to issues being resolved.
Just had a loft conversion completed by Create Rooms. All round amazing job. From the pitch, to the friendly scaffolders and hard working builders we are incredibly happy with the job. On the commercial side Ben was great, answering all questions and completely flexible where needed. The builders, Andy and Jeff where brilliant, highly skilled, hard working, conscientious, keeping everywhere tidy at the end of each day and above all causing minimum disruption to our daily lives as possible.
