Everyone at Loan Depot was great. If I had a question it was answered by the end of the day. The signing was easy.
I don't usually take the time to write reviews, and I was a little uncertain about trusting a depot brand for a refinance. I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the ease and efficiency of the process, the great rate and low closing costs, and the polite and helpful consultant who responded whenever I had a question or concern. I definitely recommend giving LoanDepot a chance.
