I wanted to take out a little money to fix up the house and refi was complete in less than 30 days especially when I've heard of taking up to 90 days . Definetely recommend LoanDepot. Thank you!
If you don't choose to go them, they will pull your credit without your permission, email and snail mail you a hard copy of a proposal you did not ask them for -- this is what the mortgage rep did, And ***** Depot has been calling 1-2x a day from several different salespeople who now have my number on a calling list. Each of these 14 times, I asked them to take me off their calling list, didn't work.
LoanDepot is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They have absolute horrendous customer service.During my recent purchase; my loan officer failed to enter all of my information which resulted in a pre approval to purchase immediately. After our offer was accepted the loan officer called back to check on everything. Jae Ro is seriously the best! He is a wonderful loan consultant. I hardly ever write reviews but I couldnt wait to write this one. We initially contacted Jae in December of 2020 to obtain a pre-approval letter because we were house shopping. He provided the letter the same day we contacted him.
